Maintenance Fee - 2026
The 2026 annual fee for road maintenance is £140 as agreed by Shareholders at the last AGM. Invoices for this amount (together with any unpaid amounts) will be issued in early January 2026. Prompt payment will be appreciated as this allows us to commit to contractors early, and it avoids subsequent reminders and related costs. Thank you
